Student members of the HRIM 430 Advanced Quantity Foodservice Management Simulation class are teaming up with Penn State Housing & Food Services to present a special evening.  
"Southern Comfort - Southeast of the Mississippi" is the theme of the evening. The menu for the evening will feature classic southern dishes. All money and gratuities from this student organized and served theme dinner will be donated to the Centre County United Way. The Centre County United Way helps 39 local Health and Human Service Agencies.
