We are excited to offer wine for sale by the glass and by the bottle! After careful consideration, this decision was made to provide the best and most authentic educational experience for our students. All aspects of responsible alcohol service, delivery of the product to the guest, and diligent accounting and inventory procedures will expand our students' knowledge and better prepare them for their careers in hospitality.

As part of this policy Cafe Laura has determined that patrons will no longer be able to bring their own wine or beer.

In order to satisfy PLCB age requirements, all patrons who appear to be 30 years of age or younger must provide valid identification, which will be verified at the reservations podium using an age identification scanner. Guests should be prepared to provide valid identification to purchase wine.
