ARGENTINEAN VEGETABLE AND FRUIT STEW

A classic Argentinean blend of fresh carrots, potatoes, squash, corn, beans and rice assembled with juicy peaches and apricots; finished with crispy tortilla strips and a dollop of sour cream.
STUFFED FRIED TOMATOES

Everyone's favorite fried tomato with a twist - a bountiful portion of two fried tomatoes complimented with a zesty jalapeno and cheese filling. Mouth-watering bacon sprinkled on top truly gives this appetizer a real South American touch.

Tossed mixed greens, served with a colorful blend of vegetables and drizzled with your favorite dressing or vinaigrette.
 
HEARTS OF PALM AND ARTICHOKE SALAD

An Argentinean Delight - slices of Heart of Palm, placed over a vibrant blend of red pepper, yellow pepper, tossed lightly with a wonderful blend of seasonings and an amazing balsamic dressing, sprinkled with parsley.

(All entrees are served with a variety of freshly baked rolls and a mixed green salad. Also included is a wonderful, vibrant mixture of Corn, Snow Peas and Red Peppers in Cayenne Butter & Jalapeno Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar and Orange Juice.)
BAKED CHILEAN SEA BASS WITH TOMATOES AND OLIVES IN WHITE WINE

Baked and seasoned six ounce fillets, served with a sauteed delight of pimento stuffed green olives, tomatoes and onions, tossed back into the oven for a golden-brown touch, then garnished with fresh herbs and spices.
This dish will be sure to fulfill all of your desires!

ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN WITH PINEAPPLE PAPAYA SALSA IN TRIPLE SEC

An All-American favorite with an Argentinean twist - freshly marinated slices of roasted pork tenderloin with vinegar, cumin, turmeric and garlic, then covered with a lively assortment of Pineapple Papaya Salsa. This is certainly a must-have, mouth watering delight!
